We are looking forward to being able to share our words and pictures with you all! It's been a beautiful winter so far. These pictures come from our first snow fall the second week in December. That Friday it snowed to make a collective snowfall of 12 to 14 inches. It was my (Jessica's) first snow day from school. We enjoyed playing outside and making homemade soup. We shoveled off the cars and the sidewalk. Since then we've enjoyed the occasional light snow fall. As we are writing now the temperature outside is 10. Quite a change from the temperatures we were used to in Mississippi. Weather forecasts for the next three days have highs in the single digits with wind chills ranging from ten to twenty below. We're
ready with our scarves, mittens, and coats! As we've looked at the weather maps it looks like you all are receiving pretty cold winter temperatures too. Looking forward to sharing more later! Enjoy (for some of you the first) photos of our new home!

Greetings,
The TSS staff would like to congrat you on this milestone in your life! I am sure it will be a wonderful tool in keeping in touch with family and freinds(and evil men that surf the internet and try to find people like you two who he can stalk via their blogspot)!
Post Safe!
Sessa Sue: Glad to hear from you and Stephen. I see you are experiencing our normal winters.
The older Uncle Dave gets, the more he hates the winter season - but given a choice, I tolerate the cold better than the humid hot weather.
As you said - it is very hard to keep in touch with each of our daily hectic lives but this is an excellent avenue for everyone who has a computer. Great idea!!!!
Thanks for sharing.
Love you
Aunt Bev
Sessa Sue & Stephen: I totally
understand what you are experiencing living a bit further north. Uncle Dave continually grows more fond of warmer weather as he gets older but given a choice between the two - I tolerate the colder weather better.
Nice to hear from you....enjoy keeping updated. As you said - it is hard with our everyday hectic lives but we are glad you found the time.
Love ya
Aunt Bev
